Health Care Access Now (HCAN) Launches Redesigned Website

CINCINNATI— Health Care Access Now (HCAN) has launched a redesigned website to improve access to care coordination, health education, and community resources for individuals of Greater Cincinnati. The website features a user-friendly design to navigate services, connect with support, and access training.

HCAN’s mission is to advocate, educate, and support individuals in the region by using Certified Community Health Workers to deliver coordinated services and resources. The new site supports HCAN’s mission by making it easier for users to identify services and training opportunities.
