HCAN Welcomes Newest Hub Partner

CINCINNATI – Health Care Access Now (HCAN) is pleased to welcome Love In Action as its newest Hub partner, expanding community-based efforts to improve maternal and family health outcomes across Greater Cincinnati.

For more than a decade, Love In Action has supported Medicaid-eligible families through programs focused on maternal wellness, mental health, food access, parenting education, and resource navigation. Through its Motherly Love Program and other family initiatives, the organization helps address barriers to care while connecting families to the services they need to thrive.

Led by Founder and CEO Morgan Whaley, Love In Action has become a trusted community resource, providing neighborhood-based programs that connect families with food access, mental health support, and other essential services.

As a Hub partner, Love In Action will work alongside HCAN to strengthen care coordination, connect families to critical resources, and improve maternal and infant health outcomes across the region.
