Congratulations to Ella Thomas – 2017 Social Support Champion; a recognition awarded by Cradle Cincinnati. Ella was recognized by the Hamilton County Commissioners for her outstanding service as a Certified Community Health Worker, Care Coordination Supervisor and Instructor for CHW training. She brings her best to support pregnant women and other consumers who receive services from HCAN. Ella is truly an asset to HCAN.
